hey , this is rag (24 yrs old)frm U.S I ve been working here for around 1 yr in IT(Data warehousing).I have an intention to migrate to NZ sometime (let's say 1 yr from now).I just want to know if I can get a job offer from an employer or IT consultant before I submit my EOI form if s. Any info would be appreciated.
